Congratulations and thank you to students from Anaheim High School and Coach Schumm for their participation in the 2017 Solar Cup Competition on Lake Skinner in Temecula, California. After qualifying last Friday, they competed in 90-minute endurance heats on Saturday and 200-meter sprint races on Sunday. The annual solar-powered boat race is hosted by Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and participation by Anaheim High School is sponsored by Anaheim Public Utilities.
