This episode of Art & Jazz explores the male velvet voices of early Jazz, including Arthur Prysock, Billy Eckstine, Johnny Hartman, Nat King Cole and more! They sang sweetly through the 40s and beyond paving the way and setting the tone for so many vocalists to this day. Also on display, will be the amazing work of artist Keith Mallett, a celebrated artist whose creations range from figurative to abstract. Keith’s work is featured in worldwide exhibitions and he has enjoyed considerable success. More recently he was nominated for an NAACP Image Award.
