Join Chef Pablo as he focuses on an international cuisine in healthy meal replacement experience, fun desserts, snacks and appetizers. Learn the way to healthy cooking!

Chef Pablo has been a chef for the past few decades in all sectors of the food industry. He completed a 2 year culinary program at the Los Angeles Mission College, completed the Masterworks profiles in good taste course at the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley and has been Executive Chef for 9 years at Compass Group @ Nestle corp.

His passion for the past ten years has been Healthy Cuisine and now uses his culinary talents as a healthy cooking instructor with: Nutritionists    Health Educators    Health Organizations – giving back through cooking healthy

Carnegie Gallery

The Historic 1908 Carnegie Library is on the United States National Register of Historic Places, and was built using a 10K grant funded by Andrew Carnegie. It served as the city library until 1963, then became home to the Anaheim Museum in 1987 before becoming part of Muzeo in 2007. Available for private event rental.
