Chef Pablo has been a chef for the past few decades in all sectors of the food industry. He completed a 2 year culinary program at the Los Angeles Mission College, completed the Masterworks profiles in good taste course at the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley and has been Executive Chef for 9 years at Compass Group @ Nestle corp.
His passion for the past ten years has been Healthy Cuisine and now uses his culinary talents as a healthy cooking instructor with: Nutritionists • Health Educators • Health Organizations – giving back through cooking healthy
