About this event

Muzeo Museum and Radiant Beer Co. present Scholarly Sips – a specially crafted and curated summer program focused on the intersection of visual arts and craft brewing. Hear from working artists, designers, art collectors and art enthusiasts while sipping on the latest releases from Radiant’s Cofounder and Director of Brewing Operations, Andrew Bell. These engaging, creative conversations include a sampling of craft brews and are held onsite at Radiant Beer Co. in Anaheim.

July 19, 6 – 8 PM

Jaime “GERMS” Zacarias is a Chicano artist and South L.A. native who has captured the essence of Los Angeles and Chicano history through a myriad of futuristic designs and three-dimensional characters. GERMS is joined in conversation with Paul Dunlap, local collector, arts advocate and owner and restorer of the WWII era Bay Theater in Seal Beach. Join Paul and GERMS in an informal conversation on topics such as GERMS’ recent residency for MAKERS@MUZEO, The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art, how to start an art collection, and how you can support artists and art programs in our community. After the conversation, learn about and enjoy some of the offerings at Radiant!
