Yeda Art Academy’s “Crops of Love”

Featuring the work of Hyunae Kang and her students. 

The students of Yeda Art Academy present their annual art exhibition in the Turner Gallery of the Carnegie, benefiting a school in Malawi, Africa through the non-profit organization “Crops of Love.” Their teacher, Hyunae Kang, exhibits in the South Gallery of Carnegie with “First Light,” a collection of sculptures and ceramic reliefs inspired from her trips to the American Southwest. Poignant symbols of revival and rebirth, Kang’s art reveals the wonder and the sublime residing within nature.

The Historic 1908 Carnegie Library is on the United States National Register of Historic Places, and was built using a 10K grant funded by Andrew Carnegie. It served as the city library until 1963, then became home to the Anaheim Museum in 1987 before becoming part of Muzeo in 2007. Available for private event rental.
