Community Action Partner of Orange County (CAPOC) has joined efforts to ensure that everyone in Orange County is counted in the upcoming 2020 Census count.
In July 2019, CAP OC became a member of the Executive Committee for 2020 Census community outreach efforts in Orange County being overseen by the Regional Administrative Community-Based Organization (ACBO), Charitable Ventures. These efforts will support the State’s community outreach and communication strategy in Orange County to target the hard-to-reach populations. It is estimated that 25% of Orange County residents are Hard-to-Count, including seniors, veterans, the homeless, the foreign born, and those whose primary language is not English.
Come join us on this free event and learn more about CAPOC presented by Alexander Caro and their mission to enhance the quality of life within Orange County by eliminating and preventing the causes and effects of poverty by mobilizing and directing resources to programs that assist, educate, and promote self sufficiency.
