The amazing Muzeo Express: Holiday Model Trains exhibit is made possible by a dedicated group of train hobbyists who take great pride in their craft.
“Ask A Hobbyist” gives everyone who shares an interest in model trains the opportunity to enjoy more than half a dozen large model train setups and get answers from members of the Toy Train Operating Society and the Train Collectors Association to such questions as:
- Why are we so interested in trains?
- How and why did we get involved with these train clubs?
- How did we build the train layouts you see at MUZEO?
Also participating in this year’s lively discussion will be representatives from the Carolwood Foundation’s Walt Disney’s Carolwood Barn in Griffith Park and the Southern California Railway Museum to speak about their unique collections at Muzeo Express and beyond.
We invite beginners and experts alike to come and learn from these knowledgeable train enthusiasts and enjoy this nostalgic and festive holiday MUZEO tradition!
