About Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force
Established in 2004, the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF) is a collaboration of law enforcement, victim service providers, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, government entities and the community. The OCHTTF’s mission is to work together, taking a victim-centered multidisciplinary approach, toward the common goal of combating human trafficking and related crimes in Orange County, California.
About Linh Tran
Linh Tran is the Administrator for the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF). Since 2010, working alongside the co-chair leadership of Community Service Programs and the Anaheim Police Department, Linh helps facilitate the goals and objectives of the Task Force in anti-human trafficking efforts for Orange County. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in International Studies. Linh has worked or volunteered in different fields related to humanitarian issues and peace and conflict development across cultures. She attended graduate school in Spain in a program under the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) Chair of Philosophy for Peace – International Master’s Program in Peace, Conflict and Development. Her Master’s thesis research was on human trafficking and she has been involved with anti-human trafficking efforts since 2005.
