In this month’s Saturday Sketch Club, participants will learn about the divine significance of a Mandala, how to create one, and how it can help you to reach a meditative state. Teaching artist Adriana Martinez will be demoing how to start a Mandala and will create a few using different mediums. This program is hosted on IG Live @muzeo.
What you’ll need:
All you really need to get started drawing Mandalas are paper and something to draw with. Here are some materials you might grab if you have them handy:
- Paper
- Colored pencils
- Colored markers
- Crayons
- Black pen or sharpie
- Paint (watercolors, gouache, acrylic, you name it – they all work)
- Paintbrush (size 8 or smaller)
- Heavy paper if you’re using paints (we recommend watercolor paper or mixed media paper)
